Our Background

LCL & Recruit Ltd was formed in 2007 to accompany our fast growing training organisation.

Having gained experience working extensively in the construction industry, allied trades and health and safety, we decided to draw on our vast knowledge and provide a recruitment service initially covering the majority of the construction industry.

It soon became apparent that we were facilitating a number of candidates who wished to advance in their career assisting them in locating the right job, some of these candidates had previously come to us via our training company which proved the linked partnership was the right move for LCL. Nearly 15 years on, LCL operates on a national scale assisting companies, employees and contractors to gain their full potential.
